Anthropocene, Gorj is an artistic documentation of the southern part of Gorj County, Romania, where the lignite industry has been the main force shaping both landscape and culture for decades. The project uses photography, official documents and social media elements to explore the codependence between industry and local life during a time of transformation.This project is supported by the Romanian Order of Architects, from the Architectural Stamp Duty.
